Consultation is an overview of your health and wellness. This includes: meeting with your practitioner, discussing  your health concerns and goals, developing a plan of action, and utilizing tips/tools to help optimize you healthcare needs and desires. 

Initial Treatment includes an intake form, consultation + an individualized treatment plan which includes acupuncture and any other conjunctive therapies determined by your practitioner. Some of these modalities may include cupping, moxibustion, herbal liniments, and more. 

To reach optimal results, acupuncture generally works best with follow-up visits.  Each acupuncture visit is customized and catered to patients’ healthcare needs and goals. 

Cupping therapy has been used for thousands of years. Cupping techniques reduce stress, promote relaxation, improve digestion, reduce muscular and joint pain (especially beneficial to those with low back pain).
